I love this! Thank you so much for posting pics. Did you design it or is there a pattern somewhere?

(found you through Holly's blog, BTW)

I have been canning potatoes all day. They are super easy! But, don't you just hate the waiting time!?!

I have figured that you can do about 1 lb/quart. I have 100lbs. What was I thinking? lol

Amy, my husband actually designed this. But, I will see if he can write down some directions... drama mama, I am totally laughing because I canned potatoes on Monday! But, I only did 10 pounds :) Have fun canning your 100 pounds. That is awesome. I am sure you got a better price on yours. Did you end up getting them from the potato farm? If so, give me details :)

I'm not sure where the potato farm is...all I know is that it's out in Queen Creek. My sister in law lives out there and picked them up for me. It was $10 for 50lbs.

Seriously...I should have only had her get one box. I am in potato overload! I'm going to have nightmares about potatoes!

Are these the 50 gal barrels or the 30 gallon barrels? or both?

These are great! Where did you get the spout?

They are 30 gallon barrels, but you could easily adapt it to hold 50 gallon barrels. The spigots are from Home Depot. I have been bugging BJ to write some directions on how to make this rack. Tonight when I brought it up AGAIN, he mentioned that he would try to make a design/template in CAD. So hopefully, directions will follow. I know that many of you have been patiently waiting :)
